MorPhiC data is freely available to use and distribute under specific terms and conditions.
Several channels are available, each tailored to specific needs — individual items, small sets, or bulk downloads.
Data access through the web portal
Data on individual items — such as genes, alleles, or experiments — are summarized on dedicated pages in the web portal. Tables and charts include export links that generate files (e.g., TXT or XLS) that can be opened in a spreadsheet. Images and charts can also be downloaded and saved locally.
The web portal is the recommended starting point for exploring MorPhiC data. Use the gene pages to browse phenotyping results, view assay summaries, and access downloadable datasets for individual genes.
Reports and data in bulk (FTP)
Snapshots of the entire dataset, captured at the time of each data release, are available for bulk download via FTP.
FTP directory structure
all-data-releases/— all historical data releases, ordered from oldest to most recentall-data-releases/latest/— direct link to the latest data releaseall-data-releases/latest/results/— genotype-phenotype assertion reports and analyzed results
The reports in the results/ folder contain all genotype-to-phenotype significant associations, annotated with phenotype ontology terms, based on the statistical analysis performed for each release. A README file is provided at each level to describe the contents and any changes from previous releases.
